but if you need to send it by post the steps below will help you...
1. First CALL US on 0131 225 4131
2. Second, pack your laptop and consider the following guidelines
2.1 Please use at least a 2" air gap between the laptop and the box (ie: bubble wrap, or similar).
2.2 Include one battery and the AC adapter in the box. Sometimes one of these items can be the cause or have caused the error you may be experiencing. Also, when including the AC adapter, place the adapter on the side of the computer (not on top), this will prevent possible top pressure of the box to crack the display on the laptop.
2.3 Include your name, address, and telephone number on a note with your laptop, and brief details of the problem.
2.4 On the outside of the box include the Repair Ticket Number you have received in step 1.
2.5 Sercurely tape or bind the box/container.
3. You can choose to use The Royal Mail service or a local courier. We advise The Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service as it is quick, you can check an items progress using Track and Trace online at www.royalmail.com or phone 0845 9272 100, and more importantly you can insure your item for a small charge against loss or damage. Just take your item to your local Post Office. If you can't make it to your local post office or have any questions you can phone Royal Mail Customer Service on 0845 7740 740.
If you use an alternative courier please check out their insurance policy regarding possible loss or damage in transit especially with regards to laptops as some will not offer cover. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage or systems failure.
